With engineers on-call Fortron endeavours to respond the same day, or at least within 24 hours to any machine breakdown, should it occur.

In addition to rapid response to unscheduled service calls Fortron will also put together a scheduled maintenance / service plan to make sure that your machines are kept in the peak of performance by factory-trained technicians.
